Why Turning the Giant works

This book distills lessons from real-world case studies, proven frameworks, and practical tools you can implement this week — not next quarter. Rather than inspiring alone, it equips you with action sequences and measurable strategies.

Turning the Giant provides deep insight into how to lead change in bureaucratic organizations.  The leadership process confronts us with many giants.  Most giants we face will never be truly slain and will always exist in some form.  Rather than trying to slay them, this book shows how it is even more valuable to turn giants to your advantage.

Turning the Giant will show today's leaders how to face the complex obstacles of today.  The technological challenges of today may be different from those faced in the past, but the principles of turning giants remain the same.  Every leader faces the giants of corporate bureaucracy, self-doubt, innovation, skepticism, competition, and success.  Each chapter in this book is devoted to lessons to learn about how to face these giants and how to turn them.
